SPEAKERS:
Please note that you will need to pay the registration fee when you register
for congress. Those who are eligible for free registration will receive a
refund in due course.
SPONSORED DELEGATES:
Please note that you will need to indicate that you have been given sponsorship
during the registration process. Your details will then be checked. If
they do not match those given on your sponsorship application you will
be required to pay for registration.
VAT payments
Please
note that hotel room rates listed on the registration web site include VAT.
This can be reclaimed through the normal method by VAT registered businesses.
No VAT is due on the congress registration fees as EVDS is not VAT registered.
Registering for congress
and booking accommodation
The links below will take you to the registration site run by the congress organising committee.
The first time you visit the registration site you will need to create a registration account. Once you have done that, you will be able to log in and register for wetlabs, the main congress, excursions, the gala dinner etc. and also book your hotel.
The early booking deadline has been EXTENDED AGAIN to 31st July.
